Where to meet Stitch?

I know it's a guarantee at the Ohana breakfast, but we aren't doing that.

Can he be found in any of the parks? If so, it is a character that is out for meet and greets daily?

Stitch: Magic Kingdom: Tomorrowland near Space Mountain

We found him in the Disney Animation building at DHS. He was around the corner from the animation class.

We have met him every trip, including this last Friday at the base of the TTA (Tomorrow Land Transit Authority in the Magic Kingdom). He hangs out down there all the time.

We have seen him at MK in Tomorrowland as well. Also, at HS, around the hat first thing in the morning. Good luck!

In addition to MK and Studios (which he appears at daily) he also appears at Typhoon Lagoon during the summer.

He and Lilo trade out something like every hour at Typhoon Lagoon. You can't miss him if you are on your way out of the park.

There used to be a special meet & great area for Lilo and Stitch at the Animal Kingdom, across from the entrance to Pizzafari. We have dozens of pictures from that location from our past visits.

I am hoping this is true! Our visits to Animal Kingdom usually go pretty smoothly and we have time for lots of character meets. Would love to see him here!

Unfortunately Lilo and Stitch left DAK quite awhile back, this was the same time Jiminy and Flik also left their locations.

Not sure the age of your little girl, but one great thing about Stitch is that he is smaller than the other characters, so except for the fact that he is a monster, he is slightly less intimidating, and in my opinion one of the most huggable due to his small size.
