Where to make reservations?

When we get on the ship, where do we go to make Palo reservations? Isn't it somewhere on deck 3? You enter on deck 3 correct? Is there one line for brunch and one for dinners or a seperate line for each day?
Also, are spa ressies taken in the spa or deck 3?

I believe we made our Palo reservations in Rockin' Bar D. There was a dinner line and a brunch line.

Spa reservations were taken there also.
