Does anyone have the mailing address's for Jim Lewis & Bob Iger?

I have some unresolved issues with my purchase at BLT & my guide & customer satisfaction rep will not give me an update or return my phone calls.

I am always pleasant when I leave a message & receive no response after weeks! :headache:

I've always had great response from Customer Satisfaction, but it does often take a week or more to hear from them.

Unfortunately this has been going on for over a month!:headache:

Have you tried calling the DVC Quality Assurance #? It should be in your purchase/closing package. They are very responsive, IMO, and they are really the "troubleshooters" for DVC.

This is a different phone # than the regular Member Services number, if I'm recalling correctly.

Unfortunately the person I have been dealing with is not responding in Quality Assurance!:headache:

I agree -- try Quality Assurance. I've found them to be very helpful with sales issues.

You could call and talk to a sales supervisor. You could call the corporate office. You could try a different person at QA. You could try the Customer satisfaction team. You could call I'm sure we're all curious. One thing I've seen from some that bought BLT is they bought then other incentives were offered and they will not get those extra incentives if they signed prior to when they were offered.

Here's a link to a pdf for the state for complaints about timeshares. http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/lsc/documents/complaint_english.pdf

Thanx that is some good info!

I had an issue with a mistake in my application and the QA team has been great. She has called with updates and is very helpful! Try them.

I sent out certified letters to Jim Lewis and others up top. The letters got there but I didn't get a response from anyone at all. I feel the coperate office doe snot care about the DVC members

I'm sure that they care, just not as much as we would like them to. Being one out of 300,000 members doesn't give us much power.
