I found an old book by the trash at a neighbors house. They were throwing tons of books out. Their grandma just passed away and they were just throwing all her things in the trash including pictures in frames and photo albums:scared1:

I found a little brown book that says ger. & Eng. Testimate on the side. It is a little bible. It says 1920 on the inside. Where can I find if this book has value? I tried to google it, but no luck.

Here is a site for collector's and some prices to give you an idea what you are looking at.

I would estimate around $20.00.

We usually look up books on eBay and find info about old books we find at garage sales. (We just found an 19th century first edition of "How I Found Livingstone; travels, adventures, and discoveries in Central Africa" - by Henry Morgan Stanley - but in Swedish?)

If not, you'll have to take it to a shop that specializes in old texts to get it appraised.
