Where to look MDE Character Wait Times?

I have an android phone and when I look at MDE I only see wait times for rides. I've seen another thread where people were able to see wait times for Ana And Elsa.... I was wondering where I'm going wrong. If I look up wait times I see wait times for all rides. When I go to "Characters" I just see a list of characters and the times they are available for the day along with their location...
I'd like to figure this out as I will be there in June with my five year old niece! Thanks!
