Where to leave gift for another guest?

I am checking in the same day as a friend of mine at the Pop Century, but I would like to leave a present for her little girl, somewhere she can get it upon check-in. Does anyone know where I should drop off this package, it's just a document sized envelope. Guest services? Check-in counter? I am arriving 7am and they won't arrive until around 6pm. Thanks!!

If your leaving something for another guest.
The best way to make sure that it gets that guest.

Is to include there confirmation number, their name (the name of the person the reservation is under) The guest's check- in date.

Of course, you might want to confirm that the gift was picked up.

We did welcome bags for our wedding. We put the confirmation number, the name of the person with the reservation, their arrival date on the package.

Some people said they were given the package at check-in. Others had to request their package.

We left them at the check in desk with a CM.
