Where to hop to on Party days?

I have two questions. First, when the Halloween Party starts, do people tend to hop mostly to Epcot?

Second, what`s the best strategy, hopping to another park at 6:00 or 4:30?

We would just see what was open late enough to make a hop worthwhile.

It can be fun to see some of the costumes and if you want to do that then hop later. Otherwise I’d suggest more in the 4-5pm range and getting dinner at the next park.

We usually go to Epcot or a resort for dinner. Maybe swim. It starts to get crowded around 4:30.

We are always there during party season, and we leave MK around 4 ( that’s when crowds start to build) and hop to either Epcot for some dinner at WS and illuminations or we’ll hop to DHS for fantasmic or AK for their evening activities, depending on what we feel like doing. Park hoppers are great during party season.

Eh, there is no "generally" for this. Like another poster mentioned, just make sure the park you are hopping to is open late enough to make your time worthwhile. Leave when you like.
