Hi there,
I love these boards, but rarely post.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a great place to eat dinner, and see the MK fireworks. Problem is, I don't want to be in the MK. (It normally gets too crowded for me, and I'm willing to just see them from the distance)

Thank you for all your help.

WITHOUT A DOUBT - CALIFORNIA GRILL!!!

Even if you do not have a window table you can go to the observation deck when the fireworks start - you will know because the fw music is piped in to the restaurant. Also - the food is great! You definately need a PS for this one so book NOW!

I agree! California Grill is the best place to view the MK fireworks. Narcoossee's also has a nice view from most of the window tables or you can step outside to the dock.

If you've got kids with you (or not LOL) I suggest dinner at 1900 PF then head out to the GF dock to watch the fireworks.

Out last two trips we;ve had great seats to see the fireworks at Ohana's. We loved the food and view.

I vote for 'Ohana -- It's easier to get a PS there, & be sure to request a window table.....We saw the MK Fireworks from there in May, & it was a fabulous view!!

How about Chef Mickey's?? Is that doable?

We will be arriving at WDW on a Friday afternoon. I thought it would be fun to do a character dinner and see the fireworks at MK as well.
