I may wind up in California for one day next week on business. I have not been to Disneyland for the past ten years. I just returned from a WDW vacation of two weeks this past July. I will be alone. Which park would you suggest for one night only, and why?

Thanks for your assistance.

It depends what your work schedule looks like....Disneyland will have longer hours but will be more crowded. DCA has shorter hours, but will be less crowded.

Attractions that WDW doesn't have....DL: Indiana Jones, better POTC, Roger Rabbit Cartoon Spin, some rides in Fantasyland....It is always nice to see the original.

We've been to DCA a few times this last summer and were surprised how nice it was. Short lines meant we only FP for 2 attractions....Must dos: Soarin over California, not exactly a thrill ride, but the best attraction and DL or DCA, California Screamin, Maliboomer, Grizzly River Run....

Tough choice. While most folks detest DCA, I love it for the lack of crowds and the ease of getting around the park....

You could get a lot done in a few hours at Knott's, especially if you want a good coaster fix (Xclerator, GhostRider, Montezooma's Revenge, etc.). Would save you a few bucks too, especially after 6PM.

DL will be open until 11, DCA until 9, Knott's until 10.
