We have 3 parks days from 9/1-9/5 with park-to-park.
We have been there before, but never stayed onsite, so this is our first time with early entry.
Anyone want to give me a good plan for that time of the morning or point me to a thread on this topic? US website showing IOA is EE at 8am those days.
We are DH, DD, and DS that can/will ride everything, and myself and DD2. My son definitely wants to do wand experience as well. We are staying at RPR and want to try our best to get a big breakfast in every morning.
It seems a bit confusing with what exactly is open and running.
Thanks!!

There are quite a few threads talking about where to hit up at the first of the morning. Most mention going to Kong and then Hulk to beat the rush....but everyone with early entry is doing the same thing.

Please take your kids to Camp Jurassic and let them climb around!

So these are open during the EE?

Only Hogsmeade is open. They will direct you through seuss landing and you will show your room key (most of the times they scan it) on your way in. You can go ride Forbidden Journey and/or grab a wand at ollivanders (although I prefer Diagon Alleys), then Q up for Kong at the Jurassic Park exit/gate. They'll let EE in first.

I'd recommend going through the regular Kong Q once and not just doing Express. But do Express if you want to ride again throughout the trip. Have a blast- we'll be there same time! I'll have 5 kids with me (7, 7, 5, 3, 3) all in the cutest little robes and wands- say hi :)

Perfect. Thanks and I will :)
Should we line up for HE one morning to head to Diagon Alley? If so what time? Some websites said that many things start 30 minutes before official opening time?

Even though it's Over labor day weekend- crowds will still be down- I wouldn't expect there to be a 30 minute wait at anytime throughout the day.

Since you're there that many days- I would actually do Diagon Alley one morning and then train over from there (Keep in mind each way is a different experience). Just because IOA is the early hour park doesn't mean you cant rope drop USF. In fact, you can walk to Diagon and get there faster than the Early park crowd in most cases (they don't open the entrance to train station until USF gates open).

You have express passes and can honestly take your time. It's the anti-Disney. Want to do this ride? Do it. Want to hop to the other park for a bit? All aboard. Want to sleep in one day? Go for it. Want to take time away from the parks and just eat pizza and hang out at the pool one evening? Take the boat to Portofino, take in the free opera, and eat at sals. It's great :)

Also- huge recommendation here since youre at RPR- and you might have already done this. But September is Orlando's magical dining month, and Tchoup Chop is participating- Chef Ryan Vargas there is amazing. The food and ambiance are fantastic and it's my favorite dining spot at WDW or UOR. 3 course pre-fixe for $33.
Hard Rock, Royal Pac, Sapphire Falls, Portofino, and City walk are all participating. Jump online and reserve a table.

Thanks OP for asking this- we will also be there about the same time, going 9/3-9/7, we'll also be at RPR. Just us adults, no littles anymore :(.

I was also wondering if it was better to walk around to IOA after early entry at US.

@Andysol I so hope I see your gang of wizards running about, they sound adorable! And thanks for the tip about magical dining month! Between that, the buy one quick serve get one 1/2 off for APHs, and the dinner and a movie ticket I think we are going to be eating good and saving some $$!

First trip for us and I'm getting more and more excited!!!

Have a blast- UOR is AWESOME! If youve never seen Blue Man Group- tickets are only $34 for APH this month too (another option)- they're pretty funny. Super weird- but great. No clue if its sold out or not.

I noticed that the tickets were discounted and I think I would love it, not sure that DH would like it so much after reading some reviews.

Everyone told me I would love it........I was bored to tears. It's not for everyone.
