Where to go to find Strawberry soup recipe???

My nephew just loved the Strawberry soup at 1900 Park Faire when we were in WDW last month. I forgot to ask before we left if we could have the recipe. Does anyone have any idea who I could email to see if they'll give it to me?? Or is there anyone out there that has the recipe already???

The recipe can be found at intercot.com. They have many of the recipes from disney there. I'm going to make the strawberry soup with my students next month.
