Where to get the printable vinyl cling paper?

I saw some awesome window decorations at POP last week and now I need to find the printable vinyl clings! Any suggestions of places to buy? Any brand better than another? Thanks!

I am interested in these, too. We don't have a Staples here. Are there any other suggestions? Would some place like Michael's have them, or probably just computer places? Also, does anyone know of a website were I could just upload the designs, they would print the clings, and then ship them to me?
