Where can I find the show times and schedules for each park? We are going Memorial Weekend.

Right before your trip, you can get them here:
http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/

They are updated weekly because that's when Disney publishes those schedules, no earlier.

For big things - Fantasmic, parades, etc. - you check Disney's site (not always up to date) or the calendars here on the DIS or elsewhere.

But those small show type things are not published way in advance. You can review the current information though to get a feel for what things are available and when they might be happening.

I checked out the link from PP to get an idea of what might be going in in two weeks when we go, there were all kinds of things that I did not previous know about (for example I didn't know you could meet the Monster's Inc Characters, its one of my families favorite movies). My question is once we actually get there is there a way to get this information other than online, I know at the parks there will be a listing for some of the shows but I do not recall it being as extensive as the list online.

The Steve Soares page is excellent. We would all like to have all of those details more than a week or so before our trip, but they aren't set much earlier. While there aren't huge changes week to week, there are definitely big ones when you cross over the seasons. The Times Guide published at the park isn't as extensive as his, though you can get the information from many of the CMs at the park if you know which thing you're looking for - just ask. Not great for planning far ahead, but will insure that you don't miss something.

For the listings on Steve's site that say "NP" (not published), you can probably go to Guest Relations and ask there. Or any Cast Member (although they might not know exactly what you are talking about).

Don't know if this will be allowed but kudos to the site for having such great info we can use in our planning.

Thanks for the info. I'll check the day before we leave and try to write down what I think we will want to do each day.

thanks for the info! I was always amazed that you can't get the times guides at eh resort (to make it easier to plan your day ahead of time).

lately, we have been having a hard time gettin the EMH schedule ahead of time. we would like to get it on park arrival in the morning, so we know what to do then, and what to save for that night.

Check at guest services at the parks. We will usually stop and get a map and times guide for the park we are going the next day.

No, he just moved (Prodigy went out of business I think). There have been more recent threads with the right address - you just pulled up an old one.
