Where to get "normal" food in Epcot?

I've never had a problem walking in without a PS to Biergarten, Marrakesh or Le Cellier, even when I could not get a PS. If you go at off times, you should not have a problem at most places.

Le Cellier is very popular. I've had to wait almost an hour WITH a PS. Twice I tried to get a PS the same day and was told they were completely booked for the day and they weren't taking any walk ups.

I wasn't doubting what your experience. Le Cellier is a restaurant I'd suggest a PS for. You can walk up to any restaurant, guest services at the entrance to any park or even the front desk of your resort and they can make a PS for. Even if you make it the same day you'll be ahead of the walk ups and will save a trip if the restaurant is completely booked.

It's always good to have a PS if you can. We too have walked in LeCellier a lot, but if you read these boards, you'll know it's immensely popular so it's always just safer to have a PS whenever possible.

I really enjoy the Electric Umbrella. I usually hit it for lunch because by that time the morning crowds have begun to move away from the entrance. It's park fast food and I'm a burger person so that's all I've ordered there, but if I recall they have a few other options as well. It's on par with American Adventure, it's just at the absolute opposite end of the park. Go to which ever one you are closest to.
