There is actually a bunch of merchandise. WAY more than say, Mary Poppins

The shop outside of the POTC ride has at least 3 racks of Nightmare merchandise.

Emporium has some.

World of Disney in Disney Springs also has.

You can also use the Disney Shop Parks app. When you're there, just put in Nightmare Before Christmas and search for it, it will bring up a list of all the places that have things.

I found quite a bit in the shop right outside of the haunted mansion when I was on our last trip. They also have a good amount at the Disney store online.
