Where to get ice packs if needed?

I know each park has a designated spot, but are there multiple spots to get ice all around the parks, if needed? Thinking for injuries. When my daughter burned her arm in the Japanese pavillion at Epcot (on an exposed lightbulb), we were surprised how difficult it was to find ice! And my other child has a connective tissue disorder that causes dislocations, which require ice if they happen. I can bring along some of those emergency ice packs, but it would be great to know where to go if we need something.

First Aid. I believe there is one at each park, there may not be more.

otherwise, maybe a QS location can provide some, although You will probably want to bring baggies or some other form of receptacle to put the ice in.

I always have a couple empty ziploc bags in my park bag. If I need an ice pack I go to the nearest QS location and ask for ice. The bags take up no space in the bag and they make for super easy instant ice packs no matter where you are in the park.

That sounds like a good "just in case" plan. Easy. Thanks so much!

As a probable EDS-er myself, I almost always have at least one ziplock bag on me for emergencies - usually I carry a whole box of them.

Also, if you add a bit of water to the baggie as well as the ice, it isn't as hard and painful, but it's still cold.

There is one First Aid station in each park.

But, as others pointed out, you can get ice from any counter service place.

I don't carry Ziploc bags, but I have gone into any gift shop and asked for a merchandise bag and filled it with ice from CS or drink stand! No problems ever!

Went to First Aid at Epcot yesterday with a bite that caused a badly swollen ankle. The girl suggested an ice pack for the swelling and she made one up with a bag of ice and taped it up so we could use straight away!
