Where To Get GAC?

I just want to verify that I can get a GAC (it's for my 3 year old. She has had 2 open heart surgeries) at the OUTSIDE Guest Relations window at MK. Per the GAC card thread it says that I can, but I have been told that I have to get it inside MK. I am finalizing our details for our August trip and was thinking that I would get the GAC and activate my Military Salute tickets on arrival day since its a non park day. It would save some time on our first park day and help for my DD to not have a melt down while waiting inside at GR to get it all done. TIA for answering my questions .

You can get it out side after bag checks their cms their ask them and they point you to the right window. Those are guest relations/ will call so they can help you. Their guest relations cms for now not sure how much longer by the then RFID turn styles to so you could ask them without entering and they can guide you to the right place. So stay to your right use the your right side bag check and once through go straight but more towards your right where you see a que and windows. That where they be able to help you.

The front one are staffed with guest relation cms and also sell and activate tickets so that one reason some people my say you can't. But they can do gac and ticket activation.

I thought it was by the bathrooms to the right of bag check (as you face it). I remember my daughter using the bathroom. Is it roped off to only allow entrance after bag check? I thought you could get to Guest Assistance before bag check.

if your looking at the train station it to your right after bag check but before you enter the park it by the rfid entrances. the only way to get to it is to go through the bag check the matter of fact the only park you can go to guest relations before bag check is epcot international gates. epcot front entrance is after bag check and ak and dhs is after bag check.

That is correct and is what is listed in post 3 of the disABILITIES FAQs thread.

The only outside of the park Guest Relations that is before the Security/Bag check is at Epcot's International Gateway.
For all the rest, you need to go thru security first.

As others have responded, yes you can get a GAC from Guest Relations outside MK.

I wanted to add that your DD will need to be with you when you request the GAC. It wasn't clear from your post if you thought you could do this without her.

That restroom at MK is right next to the Guest Relations and is AFTER going thru security.

Epcot has restrooms before going thru security/bag check at both the main entrance and the International Gateway entrance.
