Where to get cheap but durable ponchos?

I buy them at my local everything's a dollar store. 2 in a package for $1 and I buy a lot of them and use them like tissue, don't bother drying or refolding just peel and toss in the closest trash can, rains again, pull out another, then refill the daypack at the end of each day

I'll let someone else field the itty-bitty poncho question, I've heard tying them up off the ground or cutting them off, I also know strollers can have rain covers bought to fit most brands

What a great idea! I going to adopt this idea for our trip in August. :thumbsup2

For the adults I've done the cheap "Everything's a $1.00" store ponchos as well that come two to a pack. Like a PP buy a couple of packs so if you use them that day, you can just throw them out and not have to worry about what to do with a wet piece of plastic. I always make sure I have extra so we can use one to cover the stroller. We tried these for the kids but they seemed to big. I did find at the Dollar General Store a little bit heavier poncho for children, Disney Princess, Mickey Mouse, Pooh & friends for about $3.00 each. These we shake off and reuse.
