We have some base tickets that we want to upgrade to dvc annual passes, knowing there's inconsistencies between different locations to do this where do you suggest we do this? Our first stop is BLT so probably MK will be our first park. Can we get our dvc AP at MK guest services?
The MK guest relations is a good place. Just have to have picture ID and your DVC membership card I think. I really haven't had any problems getting them at EPCOT or HS. Haven't tried DTD or AK though. It should be easy.
It might just be volume (if MK is the busiest), but I seem to read several reports of "rogue CM" at MK guest services not bridging properly. I've only bridged in DAK and DHS, but those were choices of convenience, not purpose.
But, yes, any guest relations at a park, DTD, or water park (at BB you might get Cheshire Figment ) can upgrade a base ticket to a DVC AP.
Here I was thinking we'd just show up on Christmas Day, check in, and let the kids hang at the pool while I stroll over to the concierge to buy our APs. Wasn't planning on heading to the parks at all that day. This changes everything!
