We had some wonderful chocolate cake at Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club!

Well, I didn't actually eat any, but I saw some folks noshing on some really good looking chocolate cake from the pastery shop in France in EPCOT. Looked REALLY good!!! (I was WAY too full for dessert after having dinner at Tangerine Cafe!)

The Calif Grille has wonderful chocolate cake. I had some at Big River Grille several years ago, so I don't know if they still serve it.

I haven't had it at B&C. I always get ice cream!!

Chocolate cake is my favorite dessert so I will watch this thread with interest.

most of the counter service restaurants in Animal Kingdom have a chocolate cake on the menu, and it is YUMMY!! try it, its one of the best I have had!!

The California Grill chocolate cake is definitely wonderful. The used to have something similar at the Flying Fish Cafe as well (with the molten chocolate center).
The best I've ever had on property was the cake sold in the Main Street Bakery. I haven't seen it in the past 2 visits though. With any luck, that's just bad timing on my part and that it hasn't been discontinued (I hope I hope!).

DH is a really big Chocolate cake fan and he still raves about the best cake he ever had. He's convinced the cake they had at the Dixie Landings food court was the absolute best. No other cake can live up to it in his mind. BUT, keep in mind this was back when it was still called Dixie Landings and not Port Orleans Riverside.

DH got chocolate cake at POR food court(10-2003) and raved at how good it was. It looked good. He said it was very moist and chocolaty.

It was dark chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and dark chocolate mini chips.

We have had the Birthday Mickey Head Chocolate cake at the yc & poly room service, sent to the room and it is fantastic! Plus it was enough for a couple of days. They delievered it with plates, balloons, streamers, and noise makers! Very festive.

My favorite is the Chocolate Wave at the Coral Reef:
From Debs site:

But as I was checking out her site I saw this from the big river grille and brewing works:

Chocolate Confusion Cake - chocolate mousse layered between an Oreo brownie cake, served with chocolate icing and chocolate chips $5.99

My vote goes to the chocolate cake at Olivia's at Old Key West. They will put it into the micro-wave so the fudge frosting starts to run, then add some ice cream and whipped cream! It is to die for!

I don't know about "best", but the chocolate cake at the Boardwalk Bakery is pretty good! And they're open late for those evening chocolate attacks if you're staying at an Epcot resort.

I'm gonna have Chocolate Cake coming out my ears!! Wow! Everyone has a different favorite. There must be some goooood cake down there.
