We just got a deluxe.
The one place that did NOT give a discount was Royal Street Veranda (and they have my favorite food at DL, the vegetarian Gumbo). They stated they didn't give a discount, and they are not listed in the handy list you'll be given along with your AP.
Also, the ice-cream at Burr-bank was not discounted, we asked twice, and were refused. The little bakery in the same dining "car" building did, however, give the discount.
With exceptions, it's pretty much 10% on all food for a Deluxe, and 15% on food with the Premium.
I don't know if they ALWAYS do it, but on our recent trip, they were offering a special pin when you spent $30 at certain restaurants. So when I used my AP discount (10%) for our Blue Bayou lunch, they gave us TWO pins, b/c I spent over $60. We could have gotten another at Pizza Oom Mow Mow (but didn't spend enough there). So that was cool; definitely look at your food-purchase places, to see if they are offering that.

And lastly, Premium and Deluxe Passholders receive 20% off Discover the Magic, "A Walk in Walt's Footsteps", and Cruzin' Disney's California Adventure Guided Tours.
