Where to find snowglobes?

When my family went to WDW twenty years ago, my mother bought a big Magic Kingdom snow globe. It has sat on display in her living room ever since, with a few of her other favorites. My sister and I are going on a girls’ trip and thought it would be nice to update her collection - but from browsing the site, I only see standard small snowglobes. Do they sell the big ones in the parks or at DS anywhere, or have they done away with the larger ones? Thanks!

Not sure you'll find large snow globes. They are banned by TSA for carry-on so if you do find one, have Disney mail in home for you.

Larger ones are a hit or miss. If you happen to be there around an event ( like the 50 year anniversary ) you might be in luck.

I also have three snowglobes. I haven't seen the big ones for about 13 years. That's the last time I bought one. I've been looking every trip (going every year last seven) and have not found them.

Seems to me Disney has drastically reduced snowglobe production, likely due to TSA regulations.

The emporium has had nice ones by the entrance near the barber shop/park entrance. Maybe not large in size but nice themes not found elsewhere. I got my mom an enchanted tiki room one last year and wish I had gotten another this year.

One of the catalogs I get from a company called Betty’s Attic carries a nice selection of Disney products, including snow globes. They also carry Jim Shore figures from the Disney Traditions Collection and Disney cookie jars.
