Can anyone help us, we would like to know whether we can find rice in any of the foodcourt in the WDW resorts? my DD likes to eat rice and I don't want to go to the Chinese Restaurant in Epcot everyday to buy the food. Thanks:

If you go to allears.net and look under the menus section it will give you menus for all restaurants on property. Both TS and CS. I don't think I've ever seen rice anywhere but Epcot. I could be wrong though because I haven't eaten everywhere at WDW.

Thanks for the reply, I have gone through some (not all, too many) menus, but it is still difficult to find a restaurant that sell steam rice, I am not sure now even Nine Dragon sell steam rice or not, maybe they sell only fried rice.
Anyway, I will go through other menus also to see others. Thanks

Teppan Edo does has steamed rice with their main course. Others restaurants sell sushi must have steamed rice but I am not sure they would sell steamed rice alone.

I can't recall if Sunshine Seasons (Epcot, in The Land) if they offer white rice, but they definitely have vegetable fried rice.

Go to the supermarket before you leave home.

Buy some packets of Uncle Ben's Ready Rice, in a flavor your daughter likes.

Heat them in the microwave oven in your resort's food court.

Some table service restaurants do have rice available but it's just not on the menu as an option. Since my husband will always refuses the "seasonal vegetable" as a side, he's often offered rice as an alternative.

Yak and Yeti counter service offers rice (even on the child's menu)
Studio Catering Company in the Studios offers rice
Lotus Blossom Cafe in Epcot offers rice
I haven't found one in Magic Kingdom

The above are all counter service places that offer rice as some part of their menu. The Studio Catering Company is grilled chicken with rice and black beans and I'm not sure if the rice and the beans are separated but I think they are. You can ALWAYS order just a side and not a full meal.

Hope that helps.

Thanks guys for all the helps, they are very helpful indeed. I will be in DWD for 10 days in end of September, so my daughter certainly need some rice (note: we are from Asia, and we are visiting WDW as a special treat for my daughter)

We've gotten steamed white rice at Kona Cafe at the Polynesian. Not sure if the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle restaurant in Magic Kingdom has white rice--they did a few years back.
