Where to find Passporter?

Want to purchase the deluxe version of the Passporter Cruise new edition. All my usual book websites are out! I know Passporter.com has them, but they're so much more expensive than my usual purveyors of fine books. Have looked at BAMM.com, Buy.com, BarnesandNoble.com, bookcloseouts.com. Anyone have any other ideas?

Or, is it worth the extra $10 or so to get it straight from Passporter?
