where to find handheld fans?

I know I have seen the small handheld battery operated fans before but now that I want to buy some I can't find them! I would think Wal-Mart would have them but can't find what section they would be in. Can anyone help point me in the right direction? Thank you!

you can get them in touristy shops like bargain world and gift shops etc x

We found ours in Walmart but they were in the home improvement section hanging on one of those racks at the front of the aisles . I know target has some in the camping section near their ponchos

They are in the hardware department, they should be by the big box fans.

There is a newer Walmart at exit 72 on I - 4 and only 7 miles from DTD. I saw the fans where the beach stuff and they were $1.50. I saw them this past Monday. If you don't want to take I4, take Hotel Plaza Blvd (AKA the road that DTD is ON) to 535. Turn left onto 535 stay in the outside lane and turn right on to Palm Parkway and go straight for about 7 miles and it will be on the left.

We found the small hand held battery operated (usually 2 AA) fan in Walgreens for under $2. Now, if your looking for the squirt bottles that also have the battery operated fans I just saw them in Harmons (cosmetics) yesterday, I think they were $7.99-I have also seen them in Wal-Mart but not sure of the price.

I just picked up a few at dollar tree. I bought the patriotic red white and blue light up fans since we will be there for 4th of July.

Picked up three this weekend in Walmart in the fan section. $1.50 each, three different colors and can be worn around your neck.

Target has some great handheld misters in their dollar section (only these are the $2.50 part of it) they aren't fans, but they don't require batteries. They are bottom pumped and they throw out some super fine mist. Great for cooling off

I agree with trying them before you leave.

I bought two at the dollar store. One worked for 5 seconds and then died. The second never worked at all.

It could have been the batteries that came with the fans, but I bought them to give to someone to use at an outdoor event, not to use for a week on vacation. I didn't want to pay extra for (good) batteries.
