Where to find Frozen for the best price?

Well, I preordered the combo pack from Amazon weeks ago and it stated it would be delivered today 3/18. It was not and says on my order it will be delivered 3/20. Does anyone know if I can just return it at their expense since they didn't deliver on release day as it stated. Yes…I have prime.

I've never had this happen before. We bought it at Target today because we had plans to watch it tonight (and already did).

Yes. You can return anything you buy on Prime at their expense. Go to your orders and click on return item (or maybe cancel the order if it hasn't yet shipped). They give you a return postage label to print and affix to your package.

The fee for shipping was reduced from my refund. This, however, is their error for not meeting the release date so I assume that won't be a problem.

Crazy, I always screw up and order things wrong and have never been charged shipping on a Prime item. I just returned a pair of shoes the other day that I ordered too small on accident, didn't have to pay shipping at all.

I'm sure you'll get to return it free since it is their error, they're pretty good about customer service in my experience.

Mine still hasn't come from Amazon prime, and is now saying the 20th as well. I'm not happy, but we don't have plans to actually watch it until Thursday. I'll definitely complain that it wasn't in on time, though, since I could have picked it up at Target today.

Mine too! When I ordered it said delivery by 3/18. Amazon is usually pretty good with pre orders.

Certain items from Amazon always include free return shipping...I believe shoes are one of those items.

We received our Amazon preordered dvd today but if we had not, my plan was to either cancel if I could or return at Amazon's expense. If you need to return it, in the reasons for returning, there will be an option that says something like "not delivered in time". Choose that and it should come back saying it is their error and you do not have to pay shipping.

My amazon preorder arrived on time today. I was surprised b/c I didn't get a shipped email until about 24 hours ago. Had it not arrived I would've given amazon a piece of my mind and purchased from Target. As luck would have it, I couldn't watch it tonight anyway!

I preordered through disneystore.com. I received my shipping notice and tracking number on Monday but the tracking number in UPS has no information. I'm calling Disney to see what's up.

I already got my $20 off $40 coupon email.

Wow, you are absolutely right. I think because they've let me return a lot of stuff free, I just assumed it was included in the Prime membership. I guess I have just been lucky (it wasn't always clothes and shoes).

That's what I thought too. I checked WM and Target price online and they were $14.99 so I thought why wait for Amazon to ship. Stopped by WM at lunch.......only to find it $19.96 in store.

I got Frozen Blu-Ray/digital at Toys R Us for $11.59. I saw it on Slickdeals that if you put down $1 to preorder the Tinker Bell Pirates movie, then you saved $10 on another Disney Movie. So, Frozen was $9.99, plus $1 deposit and tax.
