where to find dole whip?

Dole whip is a pineapple soft serve ice cream. You can also get it as a float, where the soft serve is in pineapple juice.

It's served only at Aloha Isle in Adventureland at MK.

where on the parks do you find a dole whip and what exactly is it?
1. The Dole Whip "Store" (a couple of windows in the side of a building, really) is called "Aloha Isle".

2. Aloha Isle is located in Adventureland, just inside from the Hub, across the walkway from the Swiss Family Treehouse.

3. It is the only place in all of WDW to get a Dole Whip.

4. "Dole Whip" is the ICE CREAM (soft serve) treat, itself.

5. "Dole Whip Float" is pineapple juice with the Dole Whip added to it (floating in the juice).

6. You can order the Dole Whip alone (which is what we prefer) or you can order the "Float".

Regardless, the Aloha Isle is always listed on my WDW itinerary...
Gotta have at least one Dole Whip, per trip (are you hip?)

It's beside the Tiki Room...The tiki room is sponsored by Dole.

You can get it plain or in a float or you can also get it swirled with vanilla ice cream or chocolate ice cream.

I always get it swirled with vanilla. Yum.

Also at Enchanted Grove in Fantasyland, you can get a strawberry swirl, also very tasty.

Is there any chance that it is available in either sugarfree or low sugar? There are several people in our group who have low blood sugar, and it will be a little tricky finding snacks that won't result in a crash a short time later. These sound so yummy!

I was recently on a cruise (for work) and I was so excited when I seen that one night for dinner they had Pineapple Ice Cream, I HAD to order it...omg was it ever gross!! :crazy2: It tasted NOTHING like the Dole Whip...now I can't wait to have a "real" one!!

Sorry, that's not quite correct on either count.

Dole sponsors the Tiki Room at DISNEYLAND.

At MK in WDW, the Dole Whip "stand" (Aloha Isle) is not very near the Tiki Room at all.
It is acoss from the TREEHOUSE, just after you enter Adventureland from the Castle Hub.
Ahh...thanks for the correction. DL is where I just was, guess I didn't read the thread all the way. Sorry
LOL..I just reread the OP and I could be right as well since she doesn't specify which park she is asking about. :)

Agreed! :thumbsup2

I do hope that they build a Dole Whip stand in heaven sometime before I arrive!!!!

As i have said before DOLE WHIP MMMMMMM FOODGASM :cool1:

I think they finally classified it as it's own food group. :rotfl2:

I had the Dole Whip Float when I was there last Tuesday. I made it a point to try it since everyone raves about them... well it's with good reason. They are DELICIOUS! The Dole Whip Float is definitely my new *gotta do it once every time I go* thing!

Well I must be missing the D-whip gene because I don't get it. I tried it and gotta say didn't love it. It was good. But not slap yo mama good. Don't feel the need to ever get it again. But I may try the float. Maybe I had a bad batch? It just didn't have much flavor imho. So what am I missing

Well, of course you have to love pineapple. But in your case that doesn't seem to be the problem. I have not tried just the ice cream (Dole Whip), but instead I tried the float. If ANYTHING it was nearly too rich. So to me it definitely didn't lack flavor at all. The only thing that could make this treat better IMO would be a small fresh pineapple spear, which they do sell. Next time I'll probably get one and dunk it in there if it's not too big...

I don't know, my buddy and I had one early in the day, and we both liked it so much that we went back for another later on...

But if you do not LOVE pineapple, than this is not your treat.
