Where to eat?

Same problem at Universal as there is at Disney-too much good food, not enough days to eat it all!

For our trip we have Hard Rock, Mythos, and Toothsome's planned for dinner. Maybe grab some Nachos from Margaritaville one day for snack or lunch.

Boulangerie (sp?) definitely has a great deal on breakfast -huge ham, egg, cheese croissant with fruit for $5.99 we ate it twice on our trip.

We will not eat at tchoup choup again, just not for us. I did get a great laugh out of our meal there though. DH ordered the snapper-he failed to read the "whole" part in front of the word snapper. He got the whole ugly fish -eyes and all :crazy2:. When they sat it down I cracked up laughing because of the look on his face, it was so funny. Not a minute afterwards, the table behind us had one like it delivered and evidently they missed that important little word also. We were all joking about it. I don't care for seafood and I sure don't want it looking at me as I eat it. DH ate it and said it was ok, definitely will not order anything like that again. :fish:My steak was ok, not something I'd return for.

Kitchen patio (for lunch)
Margaritaville
Finnegans

We also tend to do more CS and like both the restaurants in Harry Potter areas.

It is probably about a 5 minute walk. Hard Rock is very close to Citywalk. Go on Googlemaps and take a look. Everything is within walking distance.

Already did that. It looks like a long walk around the lake.

It may look a long walk, it really isn't........takes a couple of minutes.

Walked it many times.

Lake is very small. That is the Hard Rock Cafe that you have pinned. Were you talking about the Hard Rock Cafe, or the Hard Rock Hotel? Go into street mode in googlemaps to get a better perspective.

You're right. I'll have to take everyone's word that this isn't a long walk:

The sections with the bridges are basically just a 2 lane boat canal...rather short walk :D

I'd say the walk from Hard Rock Hotel to Cowfish is 10 minutes. You'll see the boat dock on your way out, so if the boat is there just hop on and ride to City Walk.
