Where to eat?

After spending several months tracking this and several other forums during the planning stages of our upcoming September trip, I have decided that Goofy's Kitchen for brunch was a must with possibly dinner our last night there at the Blue Bayou. Now with the increase in menu prices I'm having second thoughts (especially since Papa is picking up the tab for this trip - airfare, 3 rooms at the CCI, meals, admissions for 5 adults, 2 children). I'm thinking now possible another character breakfast, like Minnie and Friends, and doing dinner the last night at Goofy's. Any suggestions (beside stop being so CHEAP!)? I've read good reviews about Minnie's breakfast.

We love the breakfast at Storytellers Cafe at GC. It is a nice buffet and the character interaction is wonderful. My boys love this breakfast the most. We also did PP breakfast with Stitch and that was nice but STC is still our favorite.

Our Papa is also paying for our trip and I can really relate to how you are feeling. I personally don't care for the Blue Bayou, but I know it gets a lot of great reviews. I agree with evilqueen and would look into the Storyteller Cafe. Our plans are to eat dinner at the Storyteller Cafe and brunch at Goffy's Kitchen. We also have added on Ariels for an early lunch. We have eaten Goffy's for dinner and brunch and found that we prefer the food on the earlier buffet.

We like the Storyteller Cafe, because you can order the buffet or off the menu in the morning or the evening. I am not sure what the prices are like, but you might want to check them out and see if you are interested.
