During our trip in March my inlaws will be with us for the first 3 1/2 days. They have not been to Disney in Ages. So it will be them, dh and myself and our 3 kids ages 7,5 and 2. We want to book one table service meal per day while they are there. We will be going to MK, EPCOT and HS with them so resteraunts in or near these parks would be helpful. We have 6 more days after they leave :cool1: I am trying to decide where to eat with them?? Ugh, I told them that 3 days was NOT enough

Any suggestions?

Stacey

Both my MIL and mom like Crystal Palace.

DH and I prefer 'Ohana ... but not sure if you'd rather eat inside one of the parks with them, since time is limited.

I bet that your in-laws would LOVE to see their grandkids visit with some characters. I would choose at least one character meal. Maybe Crystal Palace with Pooh? Or Chef Mickey's for a first evening dinner?

Where are you staying? I can recommend other places once I know.

My parents came with us this last trip and had a grand time. Here are some suggestions for each park based on their comments.

HS - Sci-Fi Theatre - one of their favs that week. They still talk about this one. We love it as well. Peanut butter chocolate crunch (or something) was the favorite desert all week. It was superb!

Epcot - Tutto is a great meal. Service was perfect. Food excellent. We did do Akersus in Norway (Princess Storybook). Very good dinner there. Characters and more expensive - only one TS credit if you are on the dining plan though!

MK - Cinderella's Royal Table - breakfast. Always excellent and very costly. Parents loved eating in the castle. Memorable experience - this is the one.

Honestly we did not have a single bad meal - not even a middle of the road meal in regards to table service. Above are the ones they spoke the most about.

Have a great trip!

If I would have to choose one for every park this is what i would do...
MK: Crystal Palace for Breakfast..I absolutely love this character breakfast with Pooh and they always make it fun for the kids. Great experience!
Epcot: Teppan Edo, it is a fun family atmosphere and it is entertaining. Good food as well :)
HS: I would have to say 50s Prime Time. It is a laid back restaurant with some of those down home cooking type meals.
Hope this helps!

MK If you want to stay in the park, the best TS we've had in the park is Tony's Town Fare...Other than that, I would go to Grand Floridian Cafe or try out the Wave. You can also go to Downtown Disney and that won't be too far. There are good places to eat there. If you are paying out of pocket, Fultons Crab House is the best you can go to of all the above. If not, how about Raglan Rd. The food is good and most nights there is an Irish band and Irish dancer for entertainment. Wolfgang Pucks is also good.

EPCOT Of course, Le Cellier is the place to go here (if you are fortunate enough to get a reservation. If not, we love the food at Tutto Italia. Chefs de France is also very good.

HS If you are doing Fantasmic dinner package, Mama Melrose is better than Hollywood and Vine. If not, they may like 50's Prime Time. The food is good and the servers are fun.

We did a family reunion down and disney and well some were not the most disney spirited as my family, so we had to choose restaurants that everyone would like and have fun at. So this is what we did.....

MK- Crystal Palace, Crystal Palace, Crystal Palace, they have something for everyone, and the character interaction was great, my grandmother who is a disney person just loved watching how all of us grandkids just had a ball there...

If you are looking for some place that isn't in the park then O'Hana, we also went there and let me tell you we had the best time!!!! This was quite a few years ago, but it created some of the best memories. We had a great server, but it was just awesome all the races, and hula dancing and the food is awesome too!

DHS-you know I have never really been a fan of any of the restaurants here...so I would say skip eating there if you can and take the boat to yacht and beach and do Cape May Clam Bake, now that is quite awesomely yummy!!

Epcot- Oh so many to choose from I will just give you a list of awesome restaurants to eat at period that normally everybody can find something here
Le Cellier- this place is well just amazing
Rose and Crown Pub- I don't know why I do not see this come up more often on here, the food is actually quite good here, Dad loves the Bangers and Mash, I am a Steak and Fish kind of girl, My sister is a Marinated Chicken girl, and my mom is either steak and fish or fish and chips...depends on her mood haha. The best part is that if you can get on the patio about an hour before illumination even an hour and half, just eat slow, then during coffee and dessert you can sit and have an amazing seat for illuminations. Chef's De France is really good too....it is a little fancier, and not as much going on...but really good, really good...I do not know how you feel about kind of more ethnic foods, but Restaurant Marrakesh is so good and kind of a hidden secret I think...the belly dancing is so fun. We went there our last trip and were like well let's give it a try, hadn't read too much about it but it was soooo fun! Even my dad was like that place is a must do next trip...we are huge epcot eaters. Now this place is just fun...the food is decent but it is more fun, another character experience and decently easy to get into, Garden Grill, The characters here are awesome, it is Chip and Dale mostly, but mickey and minnie do make appearances, along with Donald sometimes...This is is in the land and the restaurant slowly rotates which is really fun! If you can't tell we love Epcot restaurants...Ok let's see where else, Oh we haven't done AK

AK- Yak and Yeti! This place is really good, and anytime we are there we have awesome servers!! Though our other favorite is Boma out at AKL, it is soooo yummy, we love the hummus bar! I really want to try Sanaa though, sounds uber yummy!

DTD- Raglan Road- tons on the menu and just fun! Faster service- we always have to go to Wolf Gang Puck Express at least once each trip, though normally we go 2 to 3 times, Cap n' Jacks used to be good...haven't been there in a long time since they changed up their menu...grrr!

Ok so Beaches and Cream is so fun to go to for ice cream at night and get the kitchen sink, you will think your kids have gone to heaven and i think your in-laws will get a kick out what happens

CM is fun, but deff. not a place to go to just talk and have a laid back dinner...

The same goes for 1900, we still go as adults but that is more because well it is just fun....

We are also huge fans of Kona Cafe in Poly, just a nice restaurant with great food!

Whispering Canyon is also just a lot of fun, your kids would have fun and i think all of your would also just love watching them have so much fun!

So these are just our favorites and family friendly to people of all ages!!

Do you have hopper passes because we do and most of our ADRS are always in EPCOT- Le Cellier, Coral Reef, Rose and Crown, Chefs De France, Teppen Edo and San Angle. We go with our ILs many time to these along with Kona Cafe and O'Hanna in Poly. My only suggestion for MK is Crystal Palace for breakfast or Mama Melrose in HS for the fanstamic package. We also love Boma for breakfast.
We have 3 TS ADRs for last week in Oct. with the IL's can't wait. We have the DDP and they pay OOP at the same table no problem with separate checks.
Did you check out the menus I'll attach.
