Where to eat New Year's Eve

We arrive on New Year's Eve morning, can anyone suggest where to eat in the evening. I know there are special menus in some restuarants in the Parks, and it will be very busy. Are we better just getting fast food perhaps in Disney Village. If we book a meal in the parks, does that guarantee us admission. We have booked the Tinkerbelle Dinner show for one of our evenings.

Can't help with what restaurants to go to since we have not been at New Year.
Regarding booking a meal it is only a request reservation so does not guarantee entrance to the park.
