We are going to spend 2 days at Epcot on are December honeymoon. We already have Le cellier, Chefs de France and Via Napoli reserved, but we need one more lunch. I wanted to try San Angel Inn, but Ive seen some not so great reviews. What would you suggest? TIA

La Hacienda gets much better reviews, but they are only open for dinner. Could you change one of the others to lunch? You can view Illuminations from La Hacienda.

Hands down....you need to eat at Tutto in Italy. If you love Italian food you can't go wrong here. It's a beautiful restaurant and the service is top notch. :thumbsup2

Remember to check the new menu for San Angel; I think the one on allears.net is outdated. You can go to San Angel's own website and pull up the menu for the WDW restaurant.

Other good lunch options would be Biergarten, 9 Dragons, Marrakes, or Rose & Crown.

I had a nice lunch at The Coral Reef in April.

Don't be deterred by bad reviews. Often they come from a vocal minority. Two of my favorite lunch spots in Epcot are the Coral Reef and the San Angel Inn, and sometimes it feels like those restaurants are constantly panned here.

I think San Angel Inn is romantic. The lighting is subdued, the chairs are comfortable and I always really feel like I'm in Mexico. :) The Margaritas are DELICIOUS, and I've had good food there.

Congratulations on your marriage and you've chosen a great place for a honeymoon. Enjoy!:love::love:

I agree to take the reviews with a grain of salt. If they are specific reviews about certain problems that they encountered that is one thing, but I see way to many posts...."it was horrible" and then don't say what was so bad.

If San Angel appeals to you and you like more traditional foods (not tex mex) then go and see for yourself.

We love this restaurant. It is so romantic, the best atmosphere in all of WDW, IMO. The food was good, service was good and we had no complaints. It was a bit different for us, as I normally like more of a tex mex style but I found it very enjoyable.

Have a good trip!!

We love Coral Reef. We eat there every year we go. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is amazing.

We almost always have lunch at Tangerine Cafe, the counter service in Morocco. Also, you could consider leaving the park for lunch on the Boardwalk or over at Swan / Dolphin.

We fell in love with Tutto Italia this past May. The food and service was top notch and the decor of the restaurant IMO was very romantic.

Every trip Rose and Crown is our first stop for lunch. its a bit of a tradition now. but we also try to hit Nine Dragons at some point also.

We really enjoy Tokyo Dining for lunch. Nice views from there as well if you get seated near the windows.

We loved San Angel so much on our last trip, we're going back for lunch again this trip! :thumbsup2

been to coral reef 3 times and san angel twice and never had a problem, good location, good food cant go wrong with these two
