Hello again...

Where should we eat in Downtown Disney. We're not on the dining plan and would like a reasonably priced restaurant. It's just my mom and I going so no kids. We usually eat chicken, fish, salads and pasta. I appriciate any advice you can give me!

TIA :thumbsup2

The only place that I would consider to be reasonably priced is Earl of Sandwich. We LOVE TRex but it is a little higher on the pay scale. BUT... the portions are huge so depending on how much you eat you could always split a meal! TRex has great salads and a little bit of everything!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Wolgang Puck Express!! We've eaten here twice and the food and service is always excellent. It's technically CS as you order your food when you come in but they bring it out to you and check on you to see if you need any refills, condiments, etc. It's kind of tucked away in the Marketplace and the outside seating area (and even the inside) is very pleasant. We usually do all TS meals when we're at WDW but even my Dad (who's anti-CS) said he could eat here for every meal every day.

We're huge fans of the Earl of Sandwich. Most of their "menu" sandwiches are a little on the different side, but they can make you any kind of sandwich you want.

Wolfgang Puck was good. We also really like Raglan Road. But that's not cheap either. Good for an evening, though. :dance3:

just to clarify.. by reasonably priced we're talking $15-$20 a person. we only order entrees since we'll be going to Ghiradelli's after! :)

House of Blues is pretty good too (and around $15-$20 per person depending upon what you get). Especially if you happen to go there when they're having free entertainment in the restaurant part. :thumbsup2

DH and I agree, the only places in DTD that we enjoy are Fultons and WPE....

Plant Hollywood has a large menu in that price range.

Earl of Sandwich all the way! This is a great place with a great menu and speedy service. :thumbsup2

Earl of Sandwich is very good and I would second Wolfgang Puck Express. You get a good meal and still have room for Ghiradelli's. Ghiradelli's is one of my favorites:love:

Thanks! I think we may go with Wolfgang Puck Express or Earl of Sandwich. If anyone else has any more suggestions, I'd love to hear them!

Another vote for Wolfgang express, we just ate thier last week and thier Pizza's are wonderful, as is the macaroni and cheese

OMG, I wish we were there now. :rotfl:

how long is the wait normally for WPE? we're going for dinner in the 2nd week of May.

We were there last May 30th, a Saturday, and there was no wait at all, I guess it was about 6 p.m. Even if there had been a wait, it would have been well worth it!
