Where to eat for my birthday?

Our family, DH, DDs x 4, MIL, FIL, and myself will be down Oct.31 - Nov.8th. My birthday is on the 7th and I would like to treat each of them to a special dinner that night. Here are the PS we have now:
11/01 - 1900 Park Faire (B)
11/03 - LTT (D) (DD#4 loves Minnie, so this is for her)
11/04 - V & A (this was supposed to be a surprise to me, but DH transposed CC #s )
11/06 - PSB (this will cover the remaining 3DDs favorites)
11/08 - Cindy's (B)

This will be the first vacation my inlaws (whom I adore) have taken in over 30 years and I want to knock their socks off with this trip. My DDs will be 11,8,5, & 4 so it will have to be somewhat kid accomodating, although they do have excellent manners and know what is expected of them when we dine out. Any suggestions?

What kind of food do you like? I was thinking Ohanas, it is family style not a buffet, then you could hang around the beach & see The water parade & maybe Wishes. Or Brown Derby & do the Fantasmic Pkg-great way to end the day.

What about the Epcot fireworks cruise with dinner after at your favourite country – I would recommend Chefs du France. Or you could try the Luau or the Whoop de Doo (depends on you and your family's style). California Grill with a view of the fireworks, or Citricos where you can see the waterpagent too – either might be nice.

Palio in the Swan has excellent food and a great atmospere. There is a violinst who walks around and asks people what they want to hear (at least he was there last year!). Apparently, no request is too much for him, and he appears to know every song Disney has written! Happy Birthday, and I hope you have a gret time (Too bad about the ruined surprise of V&A's. You and your DH will have a WONDERFUL time there!)
