We plan on making our first day of our trip (12/2/05) at Epcot and would like to know where the best place for a TS meal would be.It will be for a party of 7 and we are using the dining plan. In all of our trips, we have never has a TS meal here before and don't know where to start. The kids have never seen the tree lighting at Epcot or Illuminiations so we will be there late..

Thanks for any help..........

Hi Mickey,.

No way we can answer that one...if I were you I'd take a look at the menus linked below and see what appeals to you and the rest of the group. Everyone on these boards has different tastes, so it's really up to you!

Enjoy!

My son likes Teppanyaki because they cook in front of you and put on a good show, and Marrakesh for the belly dancing. He likes the food in both places. He didn't like San Angel Inn (real Mexican not Tex-Mex).

le chef de France! le chef de France! le chef de france! :cheer2:

I recommend NOT trying Rose&Crown. We were underwhelmed by the food and service. :(

I think each place is good for something different....so for a nice, "fancier" dinner Chefs de France, for atmosphere and mexican San Angel Inn (inside the pyramid and on the river) For a pub like feeling Rose & Crown , for good steak Le Cellier and for a really exotic (mooroccan) experience Marrekesh...they even have belly dancers!

We ate at Le Cellier last night. It was excellent. The cost for my husband and me was $136 and we used 2 table service credits. For some reason we got 2 non-alcoholic drinks, so my daughter drank 2 cranberry smoothies instead of getting her own drink. We just paid for hers - $4.99 I think.

Any sit down is great there. Although, I would avoid Nine Dragons. I was not impressed with their food (China). Mexico is wonderful, however, like the previous poster said, don't go if you're looking for fake or TEX-MEX, it's the real thing and it's delicious. Try their margaritas and don't forget to try their Chili con Queco (sausge and cheese fondued and in front of you, placed and wrapped in a small flour tortilla). They are to die for.....

My favorite is Le Cellier, but Marrakesh and San Angel Inn are great, as well. It really depends on what you like.

I'm also gonna toss Alfredo's into the mix....I think we may almost have every WS TS listed here now. Anyway, we love Alfredo's of course, we are huge Italian food fans. I also love San Angel Inn and Biergarten. :wave2:

Thanks for all the suggestions... We are willing to try anything. I will print out the menus and let the kids pick which one they like the best.
