Where to eat at DTD after Sea World?

We plan to have a day at Sea World, and plan to return by bus to Downtown Disney. Where do you recommend we should book the dinner at DTD?
We are two adults.

Sea World closes at 7pm on that day. What time is feasible for dinner booking at DTD?

We haven't been to DTD, and don't know where the Sea World bus stop is. So, nearby (or relatively nearby) restaurant is appreciated.

There are lots of good choices at DTD. Do you like seafood? There's Fultons? Do you like themed dining? There's Planet Hollywood, t-Rex? Rainforest Café?
Raglan Road usually has a good dinner, and there's a good Italian place I can't determine the name of.
You really can find something for almost anyone there; what do you like the best?
