When we were in DCA in November a cast member working in guest relations went out of his way to help my Husband and I and I wondered where do I email to comment on this?
I provided as much specific information as possible, such as CM/character name, date and time of day, location and the nature of the interaction and how it impacted my family. I didn't always have the CM's name, so I hoped they would be able to figure out who I was talking about and thank them on our behalf.
I did get a very nice email reply, thanking me for providing information on our experience. I was assured that my comments were passed along to management of the CMs/areas I mentioned. Dealing with the public often seems a thankless job, so I'm hoping these individuals are told about the comments they receive, and how much their kindness meant to us!
