Where to celebrate parents 45th Anniversary?

We were trying to book the Grand Gathering Safari at AK for my parents mom and dad's 45th wedding Anniversary BUT it is booked.

So where else should I look into to??? We will be at AK that day so it has to be there or at a resort because we don't plan on hopping. Hoop Dee Doo is also booked. There will be 36 of us so I need to get it booked ASAP. Half of us will be on the DDP.
