Where to cash Traveller's cheques???

This may the dumbest question ever bu where can I cash American Express Traveller's Cheques??? I have never ever used them... we usually do cash and creditcrad but my daughter got a load of them from a relative..... what do I do with them?
Do they cash them at the resorts?

They are used like cash ANYWHERE! You must first sign the top line, I beleive (u can read where u need to sign FIRST on the ACTUAL check) This is a safety precaution, the business where u are making purchases will then need u to sign again at the bottom to compare signatures. This way, if u lose any of the checks, any "JOE BLOW" who finds them, cant forge your signature. That is why u need to sign them BEFORE u leave for your trip. they can be used ANYWHERE, same as cash... just a safer alternative.

We cashed them at the resort or just used them for food or merchandise purchases and kept the change.

We had no problem using them at the resort or any of the parks. We just cashed them as we needed them like cash.
