Where to buy?

We bought a really nice chess set in Mexico and I wanted to get a little square chess table to display the chess set on.

I don't know what these tables are called. Whenever I put in "chess table" to search it already has the chess board built in.

Do you know what I am talking about?

What websites can I purchase this from?

Try accent table or occasional table. That might work.

I am not sure I understand you, you have a chess set WITH a board and you want a table to put the whole thing on or you need one with a board to put your pieces on?

If you don't want a board, just get an end table that will work. We have an end table in one of our rooms that has a top that flips. One side has a decorative pattern and the other side is a chess board. Something like that would work.

I think any specific "chess table" will have a chess board built in already. You could try searching under "game tables" and see if anything comes up.

Something like this might work if you don't want a chess board in the table already. This is from Pottery Barn (I was looking there because they used to have this great game table/coffee table thing).
