Where to buy waterpark/disney quest annual passes?

We're going for a week over spring break and want to buy annual passes to the waterparks and Disney quest. Where do I go about buying these? And can they be linked to the magic bands?

2. And can they be linked to the magic bands?

1. At any ticket booth or Guest Relations. At the theme parks, water parks, TTC or DTD.

2. Yes. You can link them to your MyDisneyExperience account in the tickets section.

Whatever ticket is in your MDE account can be accessed via your MagicBand.
