Don't know what is in Ohio, but they sell them here in Safeways. That is a grocery store but not sure if they are all over the US.

Be careful buying Universal Studios gift cards. Their redemption rules are very different than Disney and pretty restrictive (or at least they were 3 years ago when we purchased them). Make sure you will be able to use the cards for what you need them for before purchasing. You can post a question in the Universal Studios section of this board and they should be able to help.

Happily they have changed in the last year or so and act like gift cards.
