Where to buy TIW card?

Hi all. Going to WDW tomorrow afternoon for the weekend and staying at AKV. We have ADR for Boma tomorrow night and we need to get a new TIW card cause mine expired at end of February. Can I buy them at the resort?

You have to go to guest services. The one outside AK would be the closest to you but all of the parks and DTD have guest services.

Unfortunately no you cannot get them at the hotels. You can only buy them at any park or DTD guest relations .

Thanks. I had warned DH that we might need to do a quick stop at AK or DTD.

Is there a way to go to AK and have DH drop me off up front so I can run into guest services? I would hate to take the time to park, take the tram, etc....

I would rather go there since it much more convenient than going to DTD.

Yes, you need to go to guest services outside of any of the parks. Pretty easy to pick up. But cost time of course.

I was looking at google maps to see which would be best and I think if you ask the parking attendant that directs you to a parking place if you could just drive up front of the parking lot so you could go to Guest Relations. But he have move around since the parking will all be taken.

It might be easier to park at AKL and just take the bus over and back. LOL

edit: I just thought of something. He could park and you could take a tram in. And return via tram again.

I believe there is a drop off area at AK...

I would suggest just parking right at the hotel and while one of you heads up to the room with your stuff after check in the other can run over to AK on the bus and back- the trip should only take about 30 minutes and since the bus route for AKL to Ak is just constantly running it doesn't have long waits. In fact when I am heading back to AKL early in the morning from other parks I have been told by the bus attendants to take the bus to AK and then get on the bus to AKL becuase it will be faster than waiting for a bus back to AKL.
