Where to buy Magic Bands at Epcot?

We are arriving on Saturday, the 4th in the early afternoon. We are probably going to head straight to EPCOT instead of our condo first. We did not buy the magic bands ahead of time because we are still debating the value of them for us since we are staying off property.
That being said, where is the quickest place to purchase a magic band at EPCOT. And does it take long to attach it to your MDE account? We already have FP's ready for us and plan on hitting the ground running. So if it is a long process, we might just skip the bands.

Mouse Gears is going to have the biggest selection.

They are easy to attach and you can get the CM selling them to you to help link.

To be honest I would go about half your day and then determine if it is worth it. Your admission card does everything a MB does except the long range RFID so any magical moments in rides (Haunted Mansion, 7DMT, Its A Small World and a few others) and will not auto link ride photos to your photopass you will have to tap the Mickey head under the screen.
