Any recommendations on where to get graduation paper plates, napkins and decorations cheap online??

If you don't need large quantites, dollar stores often have smaller packs (like 8 plates I think) of such things. If you do need a large quantity, then compare what the dollar store supplies would be for the larger sized packs at other stores.

If you need a large quantity, I'd go with either Costco/warehouse store or Oriental Trading. We used Oriental Trading for graduation supplies last year and found them to be the cheapest. The quality wasn't the highest but it served its purpose & DD liked the black & white print we chose. The only thing I was not happy about was the bag of latex balloons. They STUNK like chemicals and we didn't use them.

Check around because we were able to find an online coupon that cut 20% off the price. They were also running a deal where you could buy it all now & they wouldn't run the charge through the CC until June. It was nice to spread out all the graduation expenses!

My youngest graduates this year and instead of "graduation" paper goods, I just go with the school colors. Much less expensive and still very festive - our happen to be red and blue, so easy to find. I have good luck at iparty and you can find coupons online. Add a few "graduation" decorations if you want, but generally I find it's not worh it - kids don't care. Just my thoughts.....

Thanks!

I was thinking of heading to Costco (it is an hour drive so I need to go next week). I was thinking of doing the solid colors too and then just adding a few HAPPY GRADUATION type things!

Thankfully a lot of friends have things I am able to borrow...we are on a limited budget as hubby got laid off April 1. Stressful trying to get this ready and having an overly helpful husband! :)

That's what we did too. I ordered a few graduation table toppers but most were in the school colors. Her colors were forest green & black so we went with black/white/silver with some touches of the dark green. There were some pretty black & white scroll designed plates & we used those instead of the more expensive ones that said "Grad".

If you live in any of the NE states we have Christmas Tree Shops. I was there yesterday and they have tons of graduation paper goods, decorations, table favors etc... all really cheap.

Wish we did! :)
Live in Indiana...in the middle of it with no great party stores close. Thats why a trip to Indianapolis is planned!

I have done several graduation parties and never spent a lot. I too use the colors of the school.Sometimes my deals are better at Party City, and sometimes at $ tree but Party City quality is better if you serve food that need a sturdier plate. For high schoolers, I use the graduation napkins. Sometimes I do matching color solo cups (Sams has been the best buy) or sometimes I just do can drinks and bottle water. I have gotten tons of sturdy serving bowls and dishes in bright colors at the $ tree ( red, blue, yellow) and they have worked well and been passed on to friends whom have kids graduate same place the next year!

I spent about $70 at Oriental Trading (there's a free shipping + $10 off coupon code online) for 100 dessert plates, 100 dinner plates, 100 napkins, a card box, a roll of plain blue plastic table cloth, two "grad" table clothes for the cake table and one other one, a yard sign that says congrats grad with space to write my daughter's name, and two bags of "grad" confetti to decorate the tables.

Serving bowls will be bought in her class colors from dollar stores (and will be useful afterwards, too) and other than ordering the cake and a thing of mini-subs from Jimmy Johns, I'll be making all the food. (We are having a mid-afternoon party so no "meal", but snacky things and the little subs.)

I used school colors for the disposable stuff, the white tablecloths I already own on the tables. I bought two plastic tablecloths that were clearish plastic with grad hats on them, cut them into runners and put them on the tables. It looked great and I didn't spend a lot of money.

Good luck, and congratulations to the grad!

I've had good luck getting stuff from GFS- Gordon food service, oriental trading, party City, even walmart. I personally prefer School colors with touch of grad 2013. ONe party I went to they did one half of cake in HS colors other half in her college colors. I thought it was cute.

Oriental trading is super cheap with a huge selection and super fast shipping. I use it for all my parties.

I using school colors and bought most paper supplies, graduation decorations and even some plastic tubs/serving trays at the Dollar Tree. I did but divided plates at the Dollar Store as they were much sturdier. We aren't having a huge party so it worked out fine for us!
