Where to buy gift cards for Giving Away?

I'm trying to find the best option to buy gift cards that I will actually give as gifts.
I've bought from Raise, Cardpool, etc... but don't want to use resellers for gift giving. I can go into the actual store (and did that yesterday) but it would be nice to earn some rewards when I purchase cards.
But who has the best rewards? Swappable? MyPoints? Swagbucks? Others?
I don't need high value cards; I'm looking in the $10-25 range for everyday gift giving. (neighbor's graduating son, niece's birthday, baby shower prizes, etc....) Preferably physical cards, not e-cards.

Check your chain grocery stores in your area. They may give points for cents off gas. It does add up quickly. Target will give you 5% off in the store and online. Some cards are only available in store.

Thanks for the reminder. I live in a small midwestern city so the only grocery store that sells gift cards is HyVee. They offer 5 cents off per gallon for a $25 gift card and never do 2x, 3x, 4x like I see others mention at Kroger or Giant Eagle. I have bought a five-pack of $10 Starbucks cards at HyVee which was nice for handing out to kids, but I got no perks for buying that.
No Target in town either but I do buy Disney, Ebay and Southwest cards online from them.

I use my Discover reward points to get gift cards for presents. All of my families Christmas presents came from those points.
