My daughter wants to get mickey mouse ears with her name embroidered on them. Where do we go and how much is it going to cost? Wait for it or have to come back?

If you're talking AT Disneyland Resort, then you can go to the Mad Hatter stores in DL, World of Disney in DTD and there are a couple in DCA too (that I'm totally blanking on the name of the one out front..Elias & Co.?).

I've only ever left mine to be embroidered one - graduation ears for my brother and it happened to be a Grad Night, so tons of people getting theirs embroidered too. Other than that I've always waited a max of 5-10 minutes, depending on how busy they are, and get them right then.

I think the embroidery still runs $3 for basic, and $7 for premium, on top of the price of whatever ear hat you get.

I know they can do embroidery at the Mad Hatter Hat Shop (Main Street, DL), Elias & Co (BVS, DCA), and at the WoD (DTD). The price varies depending on font, number of lines, thread color, etc. I think it's in the $3 (basic) to $7 (fancier) range, but those were the prices a few years ago, so they might have gone up. In terms of timing, I've had it done immediately and I've had to come back later. It really depends on how busy they are.

Update: based on the PP, it sounds like the prices haven't changed. These were the offerings back in May of 2014, which seem pretty similar to what is still/currently available although I think there are more color options for the Premium now.
