Where to buy child sized ponchos?

I already picked up some adult ponchos from Wal-Mart since I could not find them at the $1 store and there is never anyone there to ask. However. I still need a child sized poncho. Where can I find them? If they are at the $1 store, where do you find them there? n

I got a child-sized poncho (Minnie) @ Target for $4.99 or $5.99....it's not a "one use" poncho though.

We have a store in Ohio called 5 below. They carry really nice adult and junior ponchos for $3 each.
