Where to buy cheap rain ponchos outside WDW?

I read something a while ago about some store just outside WDW property that sells rain ponchos much cheaper than they are in the parks. Anyone know where?

You can buy them at Walmart for 89 cents in the camping section.
I think that some dollar stores sell them as well 2/$1.

We always head to the Dollar Tree. They are 2 for $1 and we just pitch them when we're done.

as well as the Dollar Stores, Walmart, and Kmart have them for around 1.00 for one (these are just like the ones at dollar store two for one dollar). They are like huge garbage bags in shape of poncho. fits in a pocket, fanny bag, etc.... easily.

several Walmarts are close by Disney property, Kissimmee near I-4, Osceola Parkway, and corner of John Young and Sand Lake.

Kmart in Kissimmee and one near Universal Studios that I know of.
