where to buy cheap pal Mini DV tapes in orlando?

Tapes are not either PAL or NTSC until you tape onto them.

have a look in the normal places, Walmart, target, the Sony shops on the 192, Best buy etc...

To be honest I buy mine here before I go from Blank shop works out at £10.50 for 5 Sony DV tapes inc delivery, less than half the price from say Comet or Currys.
